Refund policy

We want you to love your Salt Snob. If you don't, you have 90 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a return.

To start a return, email us at hello@saltsnob.co with your order number. We'll reply with instructions and the address to send it to. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us. Return shipping is on us: we'll email you a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to show it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please get in touch.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Cancelled orders

If we cancel your order before it ships, we release the hold on your card and you are not charged.
