Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (not counting weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next business day. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we can't change the shipping address.
Shipping options
- Standard: free on every order. Usually arrives 3 to 5 business days after it ships.
- Express: $15. Usually arrives 1 to 2 business days after it ships.
Delivery times are estimates and start when your order ships, not when it's placed.
Tracking
When your order ships you'll get an email with tracking. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Delivered, lost or damaged packages
An order counts as delivered once the carrier marks it delivered to the address given at checkout. We're not responsible for packages marked delivered and then lost or taken. If the carrier confirms a package was lost in transit, email us and we'll look at it case by case. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is delivered to the address you entered, we can't offer a refund or replacement for address errors.
